Welcome to Congregation Beit Tikva

Congregation Beit Tikva is a spiritual, harmonious congregation, sharing Jewish values in the Reform tradition. We teach and practice Judaism, seeking joy and commitment through education, mitzvot, tzedakah and ahavat Yisrael. We are respectful of diverse opinions and are welcoming to all.

We hold Friday evening services at 6:30 pm, at our synagogue, located at 2230 Old Pecos Trail. Congregation Beit Tikva uses the Siddur (prayer book), Mishkan T’filah. The Siddur includes an extensive selection of musical texts, recognizing that a “singing congregation” is more common today, making worship services more participatory. Shabbat evening services include a reading from the Torah as well as a Davar Torah most Friday nights. Please note: SHABBAT SERVICES are not in person until further notice. They are pre-recorded and posted to our YouTube channel each Friday afternoon. We send a link to the video each Friday to all who are on our newsletter list. The link goes live at 4 PM. We hope to be meeting in person again very soon.

Our religious community’s source of strength and joy lies in the warm and enthusiastic people who make up our congregation. People of any age, race, lifestyle and background are welcome to join us. We ensure that women and men have equal roles and responsibilities. The hospitality of our members has earned us our reputation for being the warm, friendly, and comfortable Reform Congregation in Santa Fe.

Jewish Visitors to Santa Fe

We are happy to welcome visitors to our Congregation in beautiful Santa Fe. There is always time to hear our visitors’ stories at the end of services, and to ask questions about their synagogues at home. Sharing stories often brings us to family connections that remind us of how we are all related! At the end of the evening service, there is a delicious oneg.
For security purposes, we ask that visitors and newcomers to our Friday Erev Shabbat Service arrive by 6:15 pm.
